alternator fuse blew now i loose power when i turn key to on

Ok, so i did my research on this and asked around and i cant find a answer. ok here we go i got my 95 talon for a trade with out the motor in it not that i have everything in and hooked up i go to turn the car over it cranks for 5 to 10 senconds then completely looses power for a half second then starts turning over again for another couple seconds. then yesterday i went to turn it over again then i think i saw some sparks then completely lost power nothing would work but im still geting power to the main fuse box in the engine bay. today i put a new 100amp fuse in and i had all my power back i went to turn it over and three clicks and no power at all? can anyone help me out ive been screwing with it for like three weeks and cant figure it out. thanks for the help

Do you keep blowing your alternator fuse?

I honestly dont no i put a new one in today and all my power came back then when i went to start it heard a pop or clicking three times then no more power

This may sound like a no-brainer, but make sure your battery terminals are clean and TIGHT.

I've had it happen before where all my power would work but as soon as I gave the battery a huge draw (like starting) it would break the connection and I would lose all power.

its a new battery full charge i thought it might of been the ground to the fire wall so i replaced that but still nothing.

check all your connections twice! make sure you don't have anything wired incorrectly and make sure you don't have any bare power wires. make sure you don't have your radio or a/c on when your cranking and if you have a friend that can hold a volt meter to the battery do that as well and report back as to what your find.

Do you have all the power wires going to the battery.

Also check the ignition fuse.

ok i took my battery in and got it charged checked all the connections now the car will turn over fine but will still lose power for that spilt second. or when you feel the car about to start it shudders and wont fire. i checked spark fuel and comprestion and timing. any ideas?
