Hi,
I am almost new to the forum, been reading alot but posting too little.
I would like to know if my setup is correct for my target whp and boost.
I have a 2g awd inended for trackday and autox, with an idea of 400whp with 20-23psi max, with e85
My setup (everything is waiting my head back)
2.0l
wiseco 9:1 compression 85,5mm
eagle rods
eagle crankshaft
acl trimetal
new oil pump
new water pump
272 BC cams
Bc spring and retainers
+0.5mm oversize valves
Fidanza adj cam gears
ferrea valve guides
all new rockers and lifters
PTEgt3076rle turbo internal gate (turbine A/R .48)
PTE injector 1200cc
walbro 255c with rewire
front intercooler 2.5 inch tubing (short route)
Evo 3 O2 housing
complete 3inch exhaust
FP exhaust manifold
i have been reading all about gt3076r, but i haven't seen any dyno graph or proof that i will be near my goal.
thanks
Max.

Well, a 3076 an autox probably won't mix very well as it'll lag too much. It might be ok for a road track, but I still might consider a different turbo.
I would suggest using a stock crank if possible. They've been proven.
I might reconsider the cam choice as there are some that have been proven better than the BC's. But, if it's price you're concerned about, then BC is probably the way to go.
You'll need an AFPR to go along with the 255lph pump.
I would probably go bigger than 1200cc if you plan on going with E85, just for some cushion.
What do you have planned for logging/tuning?
And if you're really building this as a track/autox car, you should have some good suspension in the list as well as some wide wheels and good tires.
I think that turbo will be fine. I would have gone with 3056r myself. Jack here runs a gt37r at 15psi and no intercooler for his autox track car. Wins all the time. Kills in the circle drags and car never leaves second gear. He is soon to install a good intercooler and run 30+psi on this autox car. Even in autox you still stay in the higher rpms.
I would think about higher compession on an e85 car. My next build will be no lower than 10.0:1. Banks diesel is building e85 motors now with up too 16.0:1 compression and under boost.
I agree with the wiseman on everything else especially injectors choice.
What about suspension. Going to get some good coilovers a $1800 brake kit and thats just the front. Jack said even with his $1800 brakes he still gets them too hot.
Thanks for the fast reply,
first , i am preparing it for trackday, interlagos in brazil, F1 track, with very long straights and uphill, so it is more track than autox, or very fast autoxing.
for suspension i am thinking in tein SSflex or D2racing, brakes in the beginning BAER front.
That is definitely more of a road racing track than an autox. I would still suggest looking into Jason's turbo suggestion as it'll be a little less laggy - or even possibly a 3052.
i already got all that stuff , imported from US, so there is little way of changing setup, but i would like to know if i am correct about Whp and boost.
the type of trackday here is abnormal, they let you drive in the f1 circuit at the speed you want, the 2g I know gets over 140mph at the end of the main straight.
why are you saying that my turbo is a bit laggy? for what i read the A/R .48 makes better for spooling than top end power.
Well he autox raced it last year I believe and never lost. This year he is going to enter every autox race and road race he can. Bet he wins 95% of them also.
