I've been told to use this with my problem. But wouldn't this make my oil too thick for my turbo and possibly blow a turbo a seal?

I've used it a little in my DSMs when it was very hot outside last year, read this on additives.
What problem are you experiencing? Bad valve seals?
i dont buy the whole scam car "magic fix" crap its all just juiced up mineral oil or inert BS. I believe in lucas product's thats my 2 cents take it for what it is.
but thats not the point -ive used it in all of them and never had an issue and it has actually quieted down noisy lifters in some of them -just my 2 cents alsoI've used it a little in my DSMs when it was very hot outside last year, read this on additives.

. i use lucas syn oil stabilzer and i love it! it has helped my idle and keeps my oil cleaner for longer. You obviously didn't read the entire test.in that link he is useing it with gear oil not motor oil!!
You obviously didn't read the entire test.
Regardless, I have used Lucas in all of my engines and still plan to no matter what. I've never pulled my dipstick hot and noticed air bubbles or discoloration in the oil. Perhaps Bob The Oil Guy should try bringing those oils up to operating temp as their viscosities are modified, and hot oils don't "hold" air like cold, thick oils.
