SERIOS PROBLMS..Need Diagnos!!! Smoke and Tiking engine

Im new with the car so, i dont know much about thems but its smoking sometimes when
i run a bit fast and its tiking when i reach 3.5 rpms and up. People tell that it could be the bearing and the blue smoke could be the oil rings, but i dont know and i wish i can get some suggestions of what could be and how much it will cost (parts).
its also wasting oil and continuos tiking
it a eclipse 1995 rs (NO-TURBO). 16val. doch.... 420a

Sounds like piston rings...

well thats for the oil probl but the sound in the motort what could it be
it increase with gas.. and its not the cluch

To start off when the car smokes does it smoke at idle or just when driveing along? and also does it tick at idle or does it tick only when in higher rpm? you cant conclude it to the rings because its possible that it could be the valves seals it could be the rings. how many miles on the car or motor?

Until you figure it out keep oil in that thing lol. Have you noticed any oily spots in your drive way cause if your going to have to tear down the engine id make sure while i was in there to fix everything that is wrong with it.
