Apexi AFC NEO help please

I have a unique issue here and I will try to provide all info.

1996 Dodge Avenger 420a N/T Motor (now it's turbo'd) :-)
Had it tuned at a local shop, and they did an ok job, except for 1 BIG issue that they insist it's not the tune, but I am certain it is.

390cc injectors, 4psi of boost, walbro 255lph pump, aeromotive fpr, 6-an Lines for fuel feed, and 10-an return,
Apexi AFC Neo controller w/ factory ecu

car runs great under normal driving, runs great while in boost, but when I come out of boost it starts to sputter a bit, and then stalls, when I pull it off to the side of the road, it won't start and I could smell the fuel, I know it is flooding out. seems like a carborated lawn mower that has been over primed. After letting it sit for awhile it will start back up and run like a bag of crap for a bit, but will eventually run fine again after a few minutes. it is like the car is not backing off on the fuel delivery when I come out of boost. Any help or can anyone tell me what to look for in the program.

If you need any info from the NEO let me know and I will get it. any help is going to be greatly appreciated.

I want to go to the AEM F/ic but i just can't afford it now, and with the nice weather approaching I would love to be able to drive the car :-)

Thanks again in advance

You need a wideband. Trying to figure out what is going on with an AFC without one is like shooting in the dark. Either get one or take your car back to the shop that tuned it and make them run it with a wideband while you watch your AFRs to ensure they are where they should be at all times.

I do have a BOV, and a wideband.
Not sure the model of BOV, it was replaced by the shop
the wideband is an AEM Ugeo

and I will not under any circumstance go back to that shop, I was very unhappy with their work :-(

sorry it took so long to reply, as I have been busy with work, and also trying other things with this damn car....

A/F ratio is good at all times, Fuel pressure is at 45-50 psi

I recently replaced the crank sensor thinking that might make a difference. I also have a HKS turbo timer, but it is using an eclipse harness to the ignition cylinder, but doesn't work exactly the way it should (if the key is turned all the way off and taken out the timer doesn't function, but if the car is turned just 1 click back(not running) it works) Justa thought, but can this be an issue?

Also a new note, my problem is happening not only when I am out of boost, but at anytime. I dove it last week after I got the new rims, and was able to get it out of the garage, and I never even got it into boost, I was driving it lightly, and shifting at 2500 rpm, and it shut down on me. definatly sounds like either a program or electrical issue to me, any thoughts on this??? Anyone have experience with the AFC NEO, and knows of things I might want to check for??

Weather is nice, and I really want to drive this damn thing.. Please help
