ive been comparing more parts again, and now im down to a clutch, how do zoom clutches work with our engines? i ordered one in and i felt like i had seen the same design before so i ordered the fidanza clutch in with the ceramic puck disk to match the stage 3 zoom. the springs inside the disk are exactly the same dimensions but i didnt doa a pressure test to see if they had the same tension. the puck from both look exactly the same. the fingers on the pressure plate felt to be the same and the release bearing looked exactly the same between the two, i did some research and i have yet to see anything on here about zoom clutches. im looking for as much info as i can from someone who has already dealt with them people who are currently using fidanzas are pretty happy with them for the most part. of course you have those few who dont like them but i havent read too much about those stories. any imput is welcome, thanks in advance!
. I do however like the fidanza models. I have heard good things from them. I was looking at clutches I was looking at exedy and centerforce. But I guess I have always like ACT and im going to be buying a 2900 with a sprung 6 puck ceramic. <what is your opinon of that?
