Haven't had a chance to update my mod list in my profile so here goes.

Car is a 95 Gsx.

Evo III 16g
Walbro 190 or 255, can't remember which
Automotive AFPR
Upgraded FIPK
Ported O2 housing
Big front mount with appropriate piping.
2.5" dp, and then 3" test pipe, and 3" back from there.
NGK plug wires.
Act 1900 clutch.
Greddy boost controller.

As of right now I have no fuel management, but the plan is to buy appropriately sized injectors, buy dsmlink, and take the car to a shop to have it tuned.

From what i understand with the dsmlink you can tune just about any injector to run like the stock ones. My mods are about the same as yours and i went with 850's seeing as they're only like 20 bucks more or so and it'll give me head room for future mods...

you could upgrade your mas to an evo 8 one i think they are like 50 bux on ebay with the pigtail harness and get the 660's to match it. should run great. an afc2 will work great but dsmlink would be the best.

I would go with a minimum of 650s. But like said if your gonna be getting DSM Link then I would get 850s, leaves you room to run more boost later and AFI is having a sail on injectors right now.

Me personally- I am installing a TDO5 20G and im gonna get 850s and a DSM chip because I cant afford the Link right now.

This is what im doing as we speak...Walbro 190 you do not need a FPR with it..so save some money. 680 injectors, and safc

I already have an afpr, like mentioned above :)

Sounds good. Should I decide to go with an 18g or 20g down the road, I assume 850's would be adequate?

Injectors aside, is there any real benifit to buying an evo mas?

Assuming you're referring to these?

Delphi Ball & Seat Injector Peak & Hold - Mitsubishi DSM by Advanced Fuel Injection

And as far as a chip goes, I'm a bit unfamiliar with those. From my understanding, I would need an eprom ecu, and then to just buy a chip from a vendor or pp that is tuned for similar mods?

Thanks for the help fellas.

No theres no reason to get an evo mas. The 2g's mas is good for over 500 horses. 850's should be fine, but if your buying new why not go with 1050's. You never know about your future plans. That way you never have to upgrade.

You need to find out what pump you have. There is no reason for getting really huge injectors if you still only have the 190lph since before you run out of injector you will run out of pump. But, like everyone else has said if you go with DSMlink or start programming your own chips then go with any size injector that you want.

We put an evo mas on a 1g and 660s and tuned with an afc and it was probably the biggest difference in power we could record. I dont have the exact numbers but the evo mas flows about 12 percent better than a 2g but its your call. I like the way they look and it shows you put it good work into your motor.
