Good work. It is so much more satisfying when you take an engine, tear it down and rebuild it. It gives your car a whole new life. Makes it worth driving again. Are you going back with forged internals? Or are you reusing your stock parts?

im using new cast pistons and oem rods, im not gonna go turbo on this one. im gonna do all the porting and gasket matching i can and put my header and hi flow intake on.

didnt get much done today... tore down my head and cleaned it, i had to make a tool to compress the springs. and painted my valve cover. i gotta get new guides put in i just found out...

just a quick update i got the heads all done and bolted on and i got it timed

i got it all done now im gonna do a filter and seal kit on the tranny because i saw no sh!t in the pan and toss that bad boy in!
