This has never happen to me before... I'm wondering if any dsm gurus are up for the challenge! After installing a 20g, new fuel filter fmic, and new alternator wire I have decided to turn my baby back on. I also tooked out my 660 Cc injectors and my afc and put stock injectors back in. There is spark in all 4 cylinders, fuel is deliver all the way to the fuel rail, no fuel is on the return line (I cranked the engine and no fuel is delivered back by the fuel pressure regulator on to the hose). I'm running a 255 Lph walbro fuel pump with the stock 2g regulator is this a sign of the regulator being faulty??? now I need to know!

Doesnt make sense that you don't have any fuel in the return line...is the FPR hooked up correctly and is the fuel pressure set? If it is then, look back to your injectors and see if they are firing, make sure all the sensors are hooked up and resistor pack is functioning...you can just take a test light and put it in the plugs to the injectors and crank the car you should have power to the injectors when the ECU is powered.

Im glad you figured it out cause I don't think one person would of asked if there was gas in the car. I laughed out loud when I read that. Thank's
