I'm jacking up the rear half of my car because the brakes are seized, My question is where do i place the jack to raise the car, and will wheel chalks be sufficient to keep it from rolling?

Place the jack underneath the rear end, after reaching your desired height, place jackstands in the same location designed to use your factory jack. (There will be a lip between the skirt and the chassis). Wheel chalks are an extra safety measure, I would also keep your car in gear.
