Most Running Problems After Washing Your Engine Is Caused By Wet Ignition Components. Start With Your Distributor Cap And Work To Your Plugs And Chances Are You Will Find Your Problem. Most Likely Your Distibutor Cap Has Water In It And Needs To Be Removed And Wiped Out.

our cars dont have distributor caps LOL
 
ok le tme try again...... i powerwashed under my intire hood, and now when i drive it stumbles when i try to pick up speed
 
Then you have major ####ing problems. Your lucky steam didnt build up and go through the plugs and cause them to fail. Suck out the water and anywhere you can find any water, replace the plugs, BPR6ES gapped to .028 and replace the wires with a Taylor or NGK, or MSD. Then come back and tell us how things go.

I did the same thing myself once. The black rubber boots don't seal all that tight to the head. Probably just blew water right past the boots. I would try to get as much water as possible out before you pull the spark plugs i.e. all of it. I used rolled up pieces of paper towel to blot it up. If it's nice and hot out just leave the spark plug well boots off and let 'er cook in the sun with the hood up. If it's cold just do the same thing but you'll have to let it sit and breath for a lot longer. After it's mostly gone, fire it up. Hopefully it will run better now and drive it dry. You don't want to pull that plug with water still in the spark plug well as it will drop right in the combustion chamber. After everything is dry you will want to pull those plugs and antiseize them.
