New Clutch now linkage feels weird & cant get into gears!

So i just finished replacing my OEM clutch with a fidanza 2.1 carbon kevlar street disk kit and TOB. Had the flywheel resurfaced. New slave cylinder. So now i have everything put back together and have the clutch bled extensivly.

The problem: Now the shifter feels tight moving left to right and i cant get it to stay locked into 1st and 3rd. I can hold it in 1st and 3rd but it usually grinds back out. 2nd 4th and 5th will lock in but it sure dosent feel like it did before i took the tranny out.

Could this be the linkage needing adjustment?
Could the syncros have magically gone bad while the tranny was sitting in my garage for the 3 weeks?
Could it be that the master cylinder linkage rod needs to be adjusted out?

I really am stumped on this one!

Ok it seems that the linkage is at fault so i think it can be tweaked a little.
But now since i posted i drove it sown the strreet a little and my clutch engagment is extremely low and im hearing an odd sound coming from the bell housing...what the heck is going on. Im gonna drop the tranny again tomorrow. Any advice???
