Idle Surge >> Where to get all TB parts?

Well I am going stop this idle surge that has been bugging me since I got this car. 92 eclipse 4g63. Where can I go to get all the throttle body seals and gaskets? Is there a one a one stop shop that sells all the seals/gaskets and isc/tp sensors? I want to compare getting all new parts for the TB and maybe another shop that rebuilds them.
One more question, I faintly remember hearing that it would be beneficial for a 1g owner to put on a 2g TB? is this correct?

I did find this website but they dont sell everything, I am considering them for the rebuild if I went that direction. That the best one? I may just email him and ask him to sell me all the parts.

Where can I get a new ISC?? I have searched around and cannot find a website that sells them. If I remember right a brand new one is around 120?
