6 bolt swap oil pump question

Doing a 6 bolt swap ran into the oil pump problem. I’m trying not to have to drill the block to install the 7 bolt pump …..seems like a lot of work and dont fell comfortable drill it. I saw some where I might not have to change the pump at all. Any idea’s?

You can install a full 6 bolt long block into a 2g without drilling the waterpump...

refer to VFAQ Site - Visual Frequently Answered Questions this will be your best friend. Click on engine and scroll down you should see the link for 1g engine in a 2g. This should pretty much walk you thru anything and everything you need...
