motor is out of car and timming belt is off. How do I get the bolt out with out spinning the crank shaft and hurting my valves?

Impact Gun would be the best way to get those off. Also an alternative is to take the pressure plate bolts off and drill some holes in a flat piece of mild steel stock. Then bolt it down to the flywheel so you have something to grab and hold the engine from turning. :thumb:
