crank\timming belt pully/sproket remove?

motor is out of car and timming belt is off. How do I get the bolt out with out spinning the crank shaft and hurting my valves?

I put 2 of the bolts back on and wedged a wrench in there somehow. If you have an impact wrench, it will break that bolt free without much problem.

you could take the oil pan off wrap a pice of wood with cloth and place it aginst the block and crank to help break it loose

Impact Gun would be the best way to get those off. Also an alternative is to take the pressure plate bolts off and drill some holes in a flat piece of mild steel stock. Then bolt it down to the flywheel so you have something to grab and hold the engine from turning.
