2G ECU wiring to MPI relay

what does the 11th and 12th wires coming out of the ecu on the far left(top row) go to.one is red with a yellow strip and the other is red with grey marks...also does anybody know what this part is?its under my dash by my ecu.the part number on it is E8T101 and below that is 6Y14.heres a pic.

Left: MFI relay
Right: Fuel pump relay

11th pin wire: Turbo wastegate solenoid
12th pin wire: Power supply

ok thanks..can i just remove my turbo wastegate solenoid?
