For those who know already just put on my new bov and charge pipe...but my problem is that my rpms aren't consistent...between 3200 - 4200 it seems like its slips up a little bit and past 5200 i feel like i cant make anymore power, i know i have a stock turbo but shouldn't i at least to to 6k?

i just changed my spark plugs also
:talon:

the stock turbo doesn't pull all the way to 6, it drops off at like 5200-5500 from my experience. and is your clutch good? it might be slipping in the lower rpm range.( oh and the title of your thread is rmps, might want to change it. LOL)

Yes it does, it doesn't hold the full amount of boost, but it does hold til redline. The boost threshold is not up to par with what the motor can put out, even for stock levels. Stop giving bad advice people.

To the OP:

It could be worn considering the fact its a 95, and you have no idea what the previous owners have done or how they "used and abused" that car. Just to be on the safe side, I would do a complete R&R for your clutch system. You notice the "Rpm's move but the car doesn't", yeah, that is a slipping clutch disc. I wouldn't be surprised if its worn, but get that checked out asap.
