Hi all I have 2 intank 255lph hp fuelpump -8 an fuel feed line and -6 return line, using 880cc injectors and stock fuel rail on a 2.4 liter 4g64 engine.
My question is at how many psi should the pressure be?

Yea low 40's is average but it really depends on your engine management, tune, etc... Depends on who tunes and how. Most people set FP and then tune accordingly but small FP adjustments can be used as a tuning tool.

Usually the fuel pressure is decided by what the ECU is programmed for but with a standalone you can run whatever your fuel system can support. 43.5psi (3 bar) is a good place to start at since that pressure is where the injectors are rated at.
