trunk swap eclipse and talon?

simply would this work? the trunk on my eclipse doesnt open and i dont want to fix it if this trunk swap isnt gonna work since i dont really use the trunk at all.

i plan on doing a total back swap. I have a my 99 gs oz edition(OEM gsx body), and a 95 talon tsi awd.

also the front/back seats of these cars would swap right?

They are identical except for the spoilers on top of them...seats and everything else is the same as well.
