my 6-bolt came with no bcs so I just hooked the compressor nipple to the wastegate directly. What pressure whould open the wastegate in this situation. My boost gauge reads 5-6 PSI when boosting and -10/-12 vacuum when at idle. Is this normal having in mind I have no boost control solenoid or manual boost control. Still haven't provided a boost leak test since I am changing to hard pipes next week...

Well you are giving the wastegate a boost source and it seems to want to open at 5lbs of pressure. It is not leaks because the source is right on the turbo. But there are boost leaks because the low vacuum you have. it should be atleast 17.

So you say it is normal wastegate behavior? I checked the owners manual and says that wastegate should open at 11.1 PSI, but is this with the solenoid in the line or the wastegate specification.
