[RESOLVED] AMP written on diagnostics port

My diagnostics port actually has AMP written on it. Any ideas what this could mean? It's also not in the original mounting bracket, it's just hanging there right beside it. I have had my car scanned, and it worked fine. But what could AMP be? Maybe a previous alarm system or something?

AMP is a huge company that makes most of the connectors in the world. It often is used as the industry standard (size, pins, etc).
