gsc s1 or s2 cams?

Im starting back with an e316g and then gonna go to a fp3052 soon after. for anyone who knows about these cams, does the s1 make as much power as other brand 272 cams?

Turbo magazine did a comparision on these cams and the s2 had almost 20 more hp gains than hks 272's not to mention new there are almost 100 dollars cheaper. I plan on running the s2's.

u have to use upgraded valve springs for the s2's right?

I'm interested in reviews from gsc users, mainly s1 cams.

You can use stock springs but like any other bigger cam its recommended Turbo magazine had a cam review and they tested the sc2's. I don't know if they did the sc1 but they were gaining almost 20 hp more than hks 272. GSC is actually kinda partially local to me they are located in Charleston SC. From all the reviews I have read about them I ask myself why pay more for hks and some others when these are almost 100 dollars cheaper and perform better. They also provide a little more down low than other big cams.
