Turbo Rebuild

My turbo is leaking hella bad. I am going through about a qt. every 700 miles or so... I have a leak also I need to fix too on the oil sending unit.

anyways, I was wondering how long it took some of you guys to rebuild it. I am looking at having half of a friday, and all day saturday from removal, disassembly, clean up, assembly, and installation.

I am not looking to get amazing results or anything, I just want to stop the embarassing smoke

I'm down to about an hour and a half for a full TD05H rebuild, including cleanup.

The first few times it took me 3 hours or so because I didn't have the proper cleanup equipment. Lots of scraping.
