bracket coming off exh mani

I'll be putting on a new exhaust manifold tomorrow and just had a quick question about a bracket that's attached to it stock. the bracket bolts on using two of the exhaust manifold nuts and connect's to the power steering (might be wrong here, too dark in my garage to look) pump. my question is do i have to put this bracket back on? with the new mani its going to be near impossible to get a tool onto one of the bolts in order to tighten it...

since my description is so bad i'll include the part number for those of you who have WINCAPS. 02200 or 02200p. its called an engine hanger.

It's for hoisting the engine out. It doesn't need to be on there. A lot of people just keep them in a box and install them when they need to pull the engine.
