I have a stock 2g throttle body as of now and my question is when I ran my boost test I had a major leak coming from my throttle body biss screw and it seemed like from the spring also. Now I researched and found rebuild kits but it contained the 2 gaskets 2 0-rings and the biss screw, so what about the leak from the spring?

### would you suggest get a rebuild kit, find a 2g tb from the junkyard, or just go with the 1G swap? Dont really care about the little performance added just want boost leak gone thanks

Those are without the caps. The caps usually get lost or broken. Order them from JNZtuning for ones that don't require that cap crap.

I have no idea what you are talking about.
This is the same 10x14x3 oil seal that you get from anyone (JNZ, MachV et al.)
The difference is, you are ordering direct from an industrial supply house.

There is a metal casing which the seal goes into. That casing usualy gets lost, or broken. The question is; are those seals for that metal casing, or the one that replaces that entire unit.

Be careful if you get a 1g throttle body. I might be wrong, but I believe you would also have to get a 1g throttle body. I replaced the o-rings on mine, you can also buy a new biss screw. I've never done anything with a throttle body before and it took me a couple hours to replace the o-rings.

It's a replacement for the entire seal. I have never seen any that were metal cased other than the O.E. part which I've always understood was unavailable as a service part.

This is the same as the Chicago Rawhide "3930" that everyone sells.

Applied Technologies is another industrial vendor who stocks these seals.

I think you meant manifold in the second sentence in which case no, you don't need one. 2g drivers will need to port their manifolds slightly, putting a 1g manifold on a 2g head would be very bad for performance because of the extra large runners and low velocity. An intake charge coming through a 1g manifold to a 2g head would hit a brick wall with a few pinholes.
