I drive a Red 1995 Eclipse GST with 93,000 miles on it.

Just curious if i need a new header with this full exhaust that im thinking about buying?

eBay Motors: 95-99 ECLIPSE GST TURBO CATBACK N1 EXHAUST SYSTEM 96 97 (item 360080155613 end time Aug-26-08 17:47:50 PDT)

Also i was wondering if i need upgrade my manifold for a Evo3 16g turbo upgrade?

Do i need a new O2 housing with the 16g?

What kind of AFPR should i get for my Walbro 255? any suggestions would help, im havin mpg problems. Getting a solid 13-14 mpg. I alrdy replaced the fuel injectors and im hoping its just the fuel pump

How are you guys liking the new Shift Box??? i drive an A/T and i am considering getting one.

Since i drive an A/T... would i still lose boost between shifts?

Last but not least.... Air Intake, needed? i alrdy have a K&N filter in my Air Box.... but i heard the box its self is still SO restrictive.

Car is ON THE CURB once again, crank pulley needs replaced. I found a brand new one online for $80. Should i get a more expensive one or what?

Thanks for all the help, suggestions, links, & ideas guys. GO DSM's :dsm:

No you should not need to upgrade your manifold as it bolts up to the cat. You should be able to bolt the 16G right up to your stock manifold, but I would upgrade your downpipe since you are doing fuel, exhaust, turbo and intake.

any fpr will work. If you are having problems with the mpg's look at your O2 sensors.

I also have a nearly new OEM crank pulley, PM me if you are interested.

yea buddy so you dont get flamed we dont drive V8s so we dont have headers(unless its N/A)

its a manifold and i wouldnt think so since it goes from the cat to the end of the car

Yeah dude you really should look into buying a Fluidamper pulley or an ATI those have saved a lot of rotating assemblies from premature failure. If that 80 dollar pulley you speak of is an aluminum one or has anything to do with eBay..save you're self a motor and get a dampened one.

But let me ask you this...have you done all you're maintenance?

It sounds like you're really excited about upgrading but from the looks of you're car being on the curb I would recommend you spend sometime in the garage doing maintenance.

PM me if you want me to tell you how to start doing maintenance the right way.

Replaced the Crank pulley and crank pulley belt. Runs like a beauty
I still need a fan tho. My temp gauge reads fine, but the car feels so0o0o0o0 hot.
Has anyone tried that Black Lower Temp Paint?? If that stuffworkz.... i wanna try it on the manifold.

I also just ordered a 1g bov wit the flange. Am i gonna need any other tools or parts to swap my 2g bov out???

Thanks

Actually i feel no noticable difference in lack of power at all. My car runs fine and smooth. I HAVENT done a boost leak test, mainly because i DONT know how to do one. But could that be why my mpg sucks? Ive replaced the O2 sensor in the exhaust, but not the one near the manifold. Could that have something to do with it?

It could be, but its more likley a boost leak. But if your not feeling a lack of power then its hard to see how it would be a boost leak. Just go to the vfaq and it show you how to do one. Thats where I would start.
