Injector chirp noise

A few weeks ago I started the car up without the gas cap on and the injectors made this chirping sound until I put the gas cap back on. Just recently I started hearing the noise every time I start up the car until it warms up. Engine is almost stock, only mods are intake, BOV, act2600, free mods, and balance shafts removed. Engine just had head gasket, valve job, water pump and timing belt done just 2 months ago. Before that, it had sat in the garage for several years.

i would say air bubbles in your system but i may be wrong just let the chirps go away

ever find out what it was? i have a similar issue.

Actually mine ended up being a belt squeak. It just sounded like the noise I heard when the gas cap was off.
