you only have to block off the two front bearing holes but the one on the rear balance shaft there is no need to touch that bearing because it is lubed by the balance shaft which you already removed and should of replaced with the stubby shaft in the BSE kit.
 
ok thats good to here well now my problem is that at start up i here ticking possibly rod knock ok and then goes aways when i rev it up to 2-4k i here it knocking or ticking

i thought it was the lifers and i changed with 3g lifters and still same thing what should i do

i ask my friend who likes neons hes like pull the motor. i dont have the time and money or place to do it i just finished my car in the back yard. please give me some idles
