you have to file the holes a bit closer on the turbo side. get new gaskets and dont forget the crush washers on the oil pan side.

A new one will cost you 55 to 75 bucks. Mitsubishi DSM 1G OEM Oil Return Line - Turbo - DSMparts.com Look around for a used one. I've got one if you're interested, you can PM me.

2g line (t25/t28) is cheaper than 14b/16g line unfortunately. However, do it right, either buy a new 14b/16g line or buy a used one. Don't try to rig shit up, it will suck if shit leaks and you will end up buying a line in the end.
