is it possible for the wastegate to flutter.. i mean it doesnt sound like it fully opens.. and at the same time.. it holds boost.. well.. its set at 21lbs.. but it seems like i hear a sound that flutters after 18lbs and gets louder when it hits 21 lbs.. ?? has anybody encountered a sound like this.. its just a painfull sound.. its not the solid wide open wastegate dump sound..
