Blue top or black top?

Ok iv searched and can not find a clear awnser so hear we go. I have got a 1995 Eagle Talon TSI AWD auto. I have got black top injectors in it now but iv got a set of blue tops that i was going to use on a honda build i was doing. My questions are what size are the blue and black tops and witch is better to use on my talon? Thanks for the input

No offense, but you obviously didn't search too hard. All I did was type in "blue top" and 8 threads popped up and most of them contained the answer.

The blue tops are from a 1g and have a single spray pattern. The black tops came from a 2g and have a double spray pattern. They will both work fine and as far as I know, there is no "better one" between the two. The factory believed it was an upgrade, but I didn't find any technical data to back that up. They are both 450cc.

The only reason i ask is because i saw that on some of the posts theysaid the black tops are 390s and that the bule tops are 450.

Do you have an example of some of those posts? All the ones I've seen said the black tops are from a 2g which always had 450cc injectors.

It was on vfaqs,.... actually under the 1000 already awnsered questions . but im thinking this is prob a type-o. So if your sure the 95 black tops are 450s then there is no reason to upgrage to the blue tops
