ok, i have a 4g63 block, im thinking on rebuilding it, i was needing some advise on what is a good set up,, it going into ,, cross my fingers,,,a 90 AWD eclipse 5 speed, i have about 1500 to 2000 i can drop into the motor, head, etc, i was wanting what the best bore, piston and rod combo,, best valve, cams, crank, the works, i what to make a mustang eater, but a daily drivin car,

There are DSM's with stock 4G63's that are Mustang-eaters.

The "best bore" is whatever the machine shop will have to machine your block to in order to make it straight. I get a rise out of guys who are like "yeah, dude....it's bored .040" over!" as if that's some huge performance gain. Forty-thousandths is the thickness of 8 sheets of notebook paper....all that tells me is the block was in horrible shape and you can no longer use stock pistons and rings in that engine. So basically don't buy pistons until you get the block inspected.

Your build will be determined by how sensitive you want the car's tuning to be. If it's truly daily-driven, I'd say 8.3:1 or 8.5:1 pistons would be a fine choice.

What size turbo and stuff are you planning on running?

i plan on getting the turbo from you,, the evo3 16g, and maybe down the road upgrade to either a td05-20g or just a true 20g,, and i use to work a machine shop, i let him inspect my motor on my 92 talon, all i needed was the walls cleaned, i was lucky nothing else was wrong, i wan to upgrade the piston and rods, i like eagle rods, but i dont know about the piston, wisco or ross, there hundreds of them out there

Cool, I wasn't sure if you had planned on going bigger now or what.

I carried a Wiseco sponsorship for 8 years when I raced motocross, so of course I'm going to tell you Wiseco would be my choice. The compression ratio will be determined by how much octane you plan on running, how finicky you want the tuning to be, etc. Higher compression requires more octane and more attention to tuning to resist detonation. This will become a problem the higher the boost level goes on that 16G (they really start to make hot air around 25psi.)

Any aftermarket piston you choose is good, JE, weisco, Ross, Mahle. As for rods most people are using eagles because they are good and hold power. Cranks, the stock 4g63 crank will hold tons of power. I personally am using JE pistons, eagle Rods and a factory crank. For your top end build, you have to think how much power you want to make and where you want your powerband to be. with a 16g you can kick many rustangs asses on a stock block.

To be honest, I wouldn't bolt on an Evo III 16G now and hope to upgrade to a 20G later. If a 20G's what you want, you're better off going for it now while you can afford it.

I just built one for a customer last week:

I have the same turbo and am very happy with the spool time on it and it looks like a stock turbo until you look at the compressor housing .got mine for $800. new with 10degree clip .:)
