Rev Limiter and CEL @ 4k

Hey Guys, I am just about to do a boost leak check on my car to see if this is what is wrong, but I just did a whole bunch of mods ( AFPR- Evo Injectors, DSM Link, and 255lph w/ rewire) I have not tuned my car yet as I am waiting to on a keyspan adapter for my DSM Link. Anybody know what this could be? Car Idles fine, but after about a minute the CEL comes on and it won't rev past 4000k. The ECU came programmed from DSM Link for my injectors, but I have not done ANY tuning yet. Thanks guys!

Guys Any ideas? Does it Just need a tune? HELP!

If its not running too smooth i would say check the coilpack. Thats what it was with those symptoms with my car. Good Luck!
