its just a quick question ...i've been asking this around but i got plenty of diff. answers.....

i drive a 96 talon TSI ......and it was fine before...and a couple of weeks back i notice the car shakin when i steped on it .......like for example if i was in 5th gear and i stepped on it .....it would vibrate and the turbo wouldnt do nuthing...and then it would just go all of a sudden and then it would keep doin that...i checked the intake pipein i notice that it was kinda loose so i was like ok....found the problem....well it stop for a while then it did it again ...i got ppl sayin it myy BOV i got a after market one there now......and i dont know if it went bad or not...has this ever happened to any of u ?..........thanks for reading.

Welcome to the boards. If I may suggest a little tidbit of knowledge, the search button is very helpful with any problems you have.

Now, if I were to take a gander at this, I would say it is a boost leak (search this). And if your pipe connections turn out solid, it may be some routine maintenance that was not done.

^ditto. May also be a probelm somewhere in your fuel system. I had a bad FPR that caused a problem similar to that.
