Gains for GM MAF on 4g64

I am looking to get more power out of my 4g64. I already have K&N 4" with hard pipe up to the throttle body, I am using the stock MAF. Will the extra flow help, I know the gains might be small but every bit counts.

You only really gain two things:

1. Tuneability
2. A maf that accurately reads higher amounts of airflow.

just put the gm maf, you will probably not see any gain, but tune it a bit and you'll see a difference.
