Ok.. I'm lost.

Changed spark plugs, wires, coil pack checked out good, new power transistor, and I don't know what else to check.

Heres a video at idle. It ran for awhile but then it got worse like this. I've decided to leave it in the parking lot it died in. This video is after it died. My bicycle is even broke so I can't ride that, so I need my car.

Is it bad if the power tr gets hot?
Is the power tr suppose to be grounded? Like bolted to a ground?

Not very hot, but I thought I read somewhere that they aren't suppose to get hot.

I also read that the power tr might need to be grounded, is this true?

this happend to my car also. I left it parked for over 2 weeks not being touched and it returned to normal when I started it after being parked. believe it or not, it fixed it self.

Wow.. Maybe that will happen with m car :D

Well, I went to get my car toady, and it was doing the same thing. I decided to try and get it home since I live about a minute away from where it was. It was horrible trying to get it back. Died once on the road and once when it got in my driveway. Any help anyone?

i didnt notice anything about you having a FMIC setup but.. my car did the same thing like a week after i bought it and turned out one of my couplers on my intercooler piping had a crack down it....

it ran like terrible and would die. I dunno just a suggestion i hope you figure it out!

No, I don't have any boost leaks. I have a vacuum leak, but I've had that for about 2 months and never had any problems but high idle. This is a misfire problem. I think in the ignition, but I can find where?

All the wiring checks out good. I don't know how to check to ECU other than smelling it..

I put in a brand new oem power transistor, still no fix.

My spark plugs are gapped properly. Could this be a fuel problem? It doesn't seem like it, but then again I don't know everything about dsm's.

wow that is diffently a first. the power tr doesnt need to be grounded, but it shouldnt be getting hot like you said. mine was this way on my 1g awd. it wasnt grounded to the block and everything ran fine except an idol serge prolbem.

this happened to my 97 eclipse. i would try the fuel injectors. i did replace everything as well. but nothing fixed it. i replaced the fuel injectors and the car ran beautiful. fuel injectors are not cheap so what i would do is pull them off and clean them very very well. you can use brake cleaner. it works. or you can buy the injector cleaner and soak them in it. try doing this before you go and buy them. if you notice a difference than it is infact your injectors.

It starts up and idles normal for about 60 seconds, then misfires like the video for about 30seconds then dies.
