Absolutly.
That 190 is trying to pull more amperage than stock... If Stock needed it the 190 definatly does.

It is very easy, and it makes a big difference. Not only is it easy, but it is cheap as well.
 
Small turbo and low boost, you would never know the difference. Once you step out of those boundaries, you can tell both in logs and seat of the pants difference between being rewired and not. Use your own judgment on what you feel like doing and what you want to skimp on.
