I was trying to hook up my greddy type S and I found out the nipple on top rubs against the fuse box and it kinks the line. I was wondering Does it matter the position of the upper nipple? Right now the top(big) nipple on the bov is directly above the smaller one(both nipples are opposite the Recirculation hose) To make the bov work without having to reflange the the pipe at a different angle I will have to spin the top of the bov and make it so the big nipple is on the same side of the Recirculation hose. Is this possible to do or does it have to stay in the same spot?

Correct, you can spin the top as much as you'd like after the allen bolts are out. BE CAREFUL when reinstalling your top, make sure you put in 2 bolts on either side before you let go of the BOV. If you only put 1 bolt in to try and hold the spring, it will strip the bolt. Also make sure you teflon tape the adjustment screw to prevent boost leaks.

All you have to do is take out the allen bolts, and rotate the top to wherever you want and put them back in tightly.
