at first...hi @ all...i'am new in this forum...my name is gerald and i'am from Austria...

i own a 1g N/T DSM, and plan to do the conversion...in fact, it is not easy to get the parts needed from the USA to austria, particularly used parts...as for the turbo MAS...

i have all needed parts here for the conversion, exept the turbo MAS and the air can...my question now, can i still use the N/T MAS, or is it a MUST HAVE? i've read the circuit diagrams, an i know that theres a difference between the 2 MAS, but is it possible to use the N/T MAF as long as i get a turbo MAS? i spend a little bit money to get the parts here, so i don't wanna crush my engine...

i don't wanna have 300 HP...my goal is just to own a "original" ami DSM...;)

thanks a lot...

so long,

gary!

The N/T MAF will not work on a turbo engine. The turbo ecu will not be able to read the incoming air because the N/T MAF has one less wire.

i know this is waaaaay to old, but ....turboing an nt whit nt ecu and nt maf ...can be done? or is a must be the turbo ecu whit turbo maf
