I was gonna install my ss oil feedline for my turbo to the oil filter today. When i go down under the car and try to remove the allen plug, i had no luck. Even stuck a couple extensions on the allen wrench and took a hammer to it...

i searched the forums, some people say use a torch? wouldn't that catch my car on fire?

any other ideas as to how i can get it off?

Did you strip it out? Heat it up, propane torch or heat gun will work.. As long as you don't have a fuel leak it won't hurt anything to throw a bit of heat at it. Get a drift of some sort and give it a few taps with a hammer, and also try tightening it a bit too if it's not stripped.. All these things will help it brake loose.

Don't forget to give it a few taps.. Something blunt that won't mess up the inner surface. Perhaps a socket on on extension that just sits on the bung.. You just want to give it a few hits to kind of knock it loose, that combined with heat should get it.
