NC help putting car to stock rebuilt ect

i need a shop some where or some one who will rebuild or replace my engine and put my car back to stock i have no time and no help to put this thing together and its pissin me off..any one know a shop that wont make me pay 4000$ for this? its missing a good amount of stuff like turbo intake, maf, rad fans ect i'm getting fed up with going outside and working on this thing and not getting any thing done.. i just want it to run

go buy a repair manual book at canadiean tires its tell you what rong with ## car on a complete tear down and rebuilt its only 20 30 buck but its relli handy
