I have a 91 tsi and a 92 tsi. After putting the 92 off the road for awhile to make a race car I bought the 91 and drove it daily for about a year. Well the daily driver jumped timing ten teeth and I had to have the head rebuilt and ported
. After getting it all together (this car is stock) I drove it for 2 weeks and the ignition fuse short decided to happen. Ive had enough of stuff going wrong and I'm consolidating both cars into one drag car. The daily driver has all stock internals but the head is rebuilt like new with 500 miles on it. the mods I have on the other car or in storage are as follows. hks 3'' catback and 3'' dp, evo 16g ported with 34mm flapper, walbro255 with fp rewire kit, afpr, mbs, c.o.p. ignition, 2g ported exhaust manifold, dejon super sidemount intercooler with 2.5'' solid pipe top and bottom and water sprayer for a cooler a/f mix, rc 650 fuel injectors, eibach pro kit, kyb gr2's. I need to know what you guys think I should do about controlling my a/f mix. I want consistant high 13's streetable. I dont want to shell out the cash for dsm link but I dont know if I should go with SAFC or a maf translater or if there are any other suggestions you guys might have. I hope I gave you enough background on the cars and the parts I have in storage. if I missed anything just ask.
