so i have a 3'megan racing downpipe and i just order a apexi n1 exhaust,i wanted to know if the exhaust will bolt up with the downpipe without problems?

no the megan racing downpipe eliminates the cat

It should, The flanges might be diffrent sizes but if you do get a leak all you have to do is get some high temp copper RTV and that wil seal it up no problems.
