I recently purchased a '97 GST and started to experience clutch problems, im currently installing a new stage 2 clutch and have heard of the 500 miles rule, is there any peticular style of driving for the first 500 miles that is reccomended? like highway or city? Thanks! - Mike

the driving style is not reccomended, since their is no way for EVERYONE to be able to travel to and from work in their car w/ or w/o the highway... any type of driving is fine. ;) as long as your not launching from every stop and doing WOT pulls, i think its safe to say, everythings fine...

A stage 2 what? This isn't the Honda community, what clutch specifically did you get, ACT, Clutchmasters, Centerforce? It depends, organic clutches don't really need a particular break in period, just use common sense, whereas with kevlar friction surfaces it is vital that you break it in properly in order for the clutch to work well down the road.
