Gaskets, Seals, Pumps, where?

I'm sure this has been discussed many times but I'm still having trouble finding what I want.

I'm trying to find a package deal on gaskets, seals, o-rings, oil pump, water pump, belts, and everything needed for them. I dont need pistons, rods, rings, bearings, as I have a stroker kit.

I've seen so many people talking about getting engine kits from Mitsu for cheap but I can not seem to find only the items i want in a kit. Anyone can help? Totally looking for something less than $500 for these parts.
