Oil Cooler Question

Hey, it does appear that my JDM 7 bolt comes with an oil filter housing that uses an external cooler. I was wondering if using the 1990 cooler would work just fine with this oil filter housing? There are just 2 fittings coming from the OFH correct? Thanks

the fitting should match up but external oil cooler on a 7 bolt? they only used external on the 90 engines unless it is an aftermarket setup to get more cooling.

Thats why I found it very awkward heres a pic but these JDM motors are full of surprises, mine came with a big 16g turbo and a black top CAS, also no place to fill the radiator! hahaha
