90 Laser , Wont rev passed 5 1/2

I got my laser a little wile ago n i did the oil change n replaced some filters and fuel injectors but got some problems . It revs to 3 then pauses for a few secs then only goes to 5 1/2 . Im new to cars so excuse me

have you checked your MAF(Mass Air Flow) sensor?

Perform a boost leak test. If you have boost leaks, your car will not run as it should.
