So I just had my Tranny rebuilt and a new Clutch and flywheel put in. I've been driving really easy the past month but recently it's really hard to get into gear. I've always had to push the clutch all the way down to get it in but recently I'll push it all the way down but I'll have to push the shifter really hard to get it in gear. Any Is there an easy fix to get this back up and shifting smooth again other than ripping things apart?

Get up under the dash, and find the master cylinder rod. Turn it 1 turn towards the firewall. You may need to turn it more, but i would start there.

Ha, I actually haven't had time to do it with the holiday. I'll post when I get a chance.
