will the td05 16g bolt right up to the stock 2g exhaust manifold?

It will bolt up to the manifold but you have to get different lines for a 14B or 16G on a 2G. I would also suggest porting the manifold but it will bolt right up to it regardless.

thanks. i have all the lines and everything for it i was just hoping i wouldn't have to get a new manifold.

To answer your question, yes it will bolt up to the manifold. But will need an install kit (j-pipe, oil return, etc.) More info can be found EVO 16G install about the install. Most of the supporting venders here sell the 2g install kit.
