alright i searched first but i didn't find any thing. alright my friend has a 31 inch (i don't know the rest of the specs yet) fmic i am gunna buy from him and just wanted to know would i have to do alot of cutting and trimming to get it to fit with the stock bumper i don't mind doing a bit of cutting but just not hacking the hole bumper up, or would it just be to much cutting and look bad?

how thick is the fmic? You're probably going to need to cut the bumper and the crash bar, -if you decide to keep it. (I just took mine off. ) But as long as you do a good job... cutting the bumper to see a huge fmic never looks bad IMO.

specs for the intercooler is 31x12x3 is it to big?

It's pretty good sized but you can definitely make it fit. I'm sure you will have to cut the bumper and probably the crash bar, too.

also its 3inch piping..that seems a bit big?

for stock i'd say it's too big. I did 2.5in short route piping on my FMIC that routed the UICP between the intake and trasnmission, so if you're planning on taking this route im pretty sure 3 inch piping would be a pain.

well before i will be useing it i'll have 16g bottom end rebuilt .20 over cyroed rods and maybe cams..but i'm guessing its still to big for that?

Size wise it's going to definitely take up some space under the hood. What are your goals for the car? 99% of Dsmer's won't need 3" intercooler piping.

looking for 275whp about all i want. mainly rebuilding cause the motor is blown..or might be who knows i havnt got the motor out yet.

2.5" intercooler piping will be plenty and you should easily make 275whp with the mods you have + a 190 fuel pump.

forgot to add fuel pump. i just gotta get the motor out and get the machine work done i might get head work depends on funds but cool i'd be happy with 275whp seeing as tho it will be my first car i dont need any more then that. i just want somthing i can go to the strip on thursdays and be able to beat up on the hondas there haha
